Please note you can only submit one application to the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme per intake.  However, in your application you can request to be considered for more than one specialism (including the DHSC Policy Fast Track Scheme) so long as you meet the relevant entry requirements.

Every stage of the application process is designed to assess your relevant skills, experience and behaviours against the NHS Healthcare Leadership Model.

If you have any questions about life on the Scheme you can talk directly to current and former members of our Scheme, please visit the 'Our Insiders' area of the site.

The application process involves the following stages which will take place between October 2018 and March 2019.  Good luck.
