Prior to joining the NHS Grad Scheme in 2018, I studied Diagnostic Radiography at the University of Liverpool before working for a year as a Radiographer at the Countess of Chester. I have had a growing interest in management throughout my short time in University and the NHS, and on discovering the NHS Grad Scheme decided that this would be the perfect programme for me. At a time when the NHS is facing great operational and financial challenges - what better time to start? Away from work, in my spare time I am a keen cricket lover and enjoy travelling and visiting different places.
